Spa/Clinic Etiquette

Due to the nature of our services, we kindly ask that any infants and small children be left at home when you come for your treatments. To ensure the enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that any cell phones please be turned to vibrate or silent before entering our clinic.

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you. In fairness to all our other guests and staff, new clients and anyone who has a history of missing appointments may be asked to secure their spot with a down payment. If for some reason you need to alter an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours ahead of time to allow us to fill this space with another service. Failure to do so is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

Please note, we do not accept returns except in the case of a reaction. If a reaction does occur, proper paperwork must be filled out for our supplier’s quality control. Any items that have been opened or used will be exchanged only if a reaction has occurred. Any unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days for a new item or we can put the value on a gift certificate for you. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you and we encourage you to book free consultation time so full explanation and use of products can be demonstrated.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificate purchases are available online, however we do also offer ordering by phone or e-mail. Gift wrapping is included, but if you wish for us to deliver your gift certificate a $5-$10 charge may be added, depending on the location.
