What if I don’t receive a Shipment Confirmation?

What if I don’t receive an Order Confirmation?

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?

Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method. If you selected Canada Post Regular Mail, it is approximately 2-7 business days depending on whether your address is local, national or regional. Priority shipping is next day. See our Shipping Info page for more information.

I received an email stating that there was an “address problem” with my order. What does this mean?

What does “Out of Stock” mean?

Do you ship internationally?

Cecil B Spa & Laser currently only serves our customers in the country of Canada.
