Herbal Compress Massage
An increasingly popular massage using heat and herbs with massage.  You will experience a sensory journey that will relieve muscle tension and increase circulation.  These herbs are specifically selected for their  soothing, healing properties.  The compress is massaged into the muscles using firm, rhythmic strokes which melts tension away.

REFLEXOLOGY
The application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet to affect corresponding parts of the body.  By applying reflexology techniques, reflexology can break up patterns of stress
in other parts of the body.
